You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to ensure that such information remains up to date at all times. This includes your full name as stated on your MyKad, an active phone number, and an actively used email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Melayu 3GP will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your password. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.

Melayu 3GP only accepts deposits via the following legitimate Malaysian local payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10. The maximum daily deposit limit is RM10,000 for standard accounts. VIP members have higher deposit limits depending on their membership tier. Personal deposit limits can be set lower via the self-control tools in your account settings.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals will be processed upon successful verification. KYC is a protective measure that works in your favour as a member — it ensures that no third party can withdraw funds from your account.
Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for the following reasons: bonus rollover requirements have not been met, KYC verification is incomplete, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, or a terms violation that is currently under investigation. All bonuses and promotions offered by Melayu 3GP are subject to the rollover requirements stated on their respective promotion pages. Rollover requirements mean you must place bets totalling a specified amount (typically x10 to x30 of the bonus value) before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any form of coordination between members to manipulate bonus conditions, is a serious violation. In the event of a technical disruption that prevents a game from being completed, Melayu 3GP will return the original stake to your account. Any winnings earned prior to the interruption that have already been credited to your account are valid and will be retained.

All Sports Betting and e-sports wagers on Melayu 3GP is considered accepted once you receive the bet confirmation within the platform. The odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings — unless a significant technical error has occurred.
If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and is not replayed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time, all related bets will be considered void and the original bet will be fully refunded to your account. This includes Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches, BWF badminton tournaments, Formula 1 races, and all e-sports events covered by the platform.
Melayu 3GP reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data fault. "Clearly erroneous" is defined as odds that deviate by more than 20% from the current market odds on other platforms. Bets voided for this reason will be fully refunded.
Parlay bets combining multiple events are permitted. If one or more events within a parlay are declared void, the bet will be recalculated using odds of 1.0 for the voided event(s), while the remaining events retain their original odds.

Melayu 3GP cooperates fully with Malaysian legal authorities in handling cases involving illegal activity. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to the authorities upon a valid official request.

Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.
